Here's the completed lineup of myself (on the far right) and my housemates Emma, Katie and Antonia. This has been a great little project for me and taught me a lot about drawing people!

This is a good starting point, I really like the outlines you've got here and they do look a lot like their people.
The details on their clothes and the experimenting with shading is going well, as well as the different characteristics each person has.
The texturing is interesting and the colours are very easy on the eye, it creates an easy to please art style that would work within a narrative structure of some sort.
Next time, try incorporating some background details in and work a little more on proportions- some of the proportions, as I'm sure you know, are a little off here and there. Adding a background can help add depth to your work- a character can be sitting down in the background, therefore smaller, someone could be leaning on a wall and covered in shade- you'll find that by adding a background and a scene, you'll encounter a lot of challenges and you'll eventually learn how to combat these challenges!
